FoamPackage

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers for buyers evaluating FoamPackage as an export partner for foam packaging, from first drawing to shipped pallet.

How do I get a quote and how long does it take?

Send a technical drawing, a photo or a simple dimension list through the quote form; our team selects the material and geometry for you. Requests are answered within 48 hours.

What does FoamPackage produce?

Custom-sized industrial protective packaging from technical foam: CNC-cut inserts and trays, edge and corner profiles, foam pads and bags, sheets and rolls, and multi-cavity separators, in polyethylene, polyurethane, EVA/EPDM, XLPE and flocked foam.

Do you ship to customers outside Turkey?

Yes. FoamPackage serves both the Turkish domestic market and export customers, and quotes can be prepared for international shipment; exact terms and transit times depend on quantity and destination.

Do you produce a sample before serial production?

Yes. A sample is produced from your drawing or dimension list and confirmed on the actual product before serial production. The approved sample becomes the reference for the whole order.

Which foam material should I choose?

Polyethylene foam (EPE) suits general transport protection, polyurethane suits cases and soft inserts, EVA and EPDM suit sealing and durable padding, XLPE suits fine-cell high-strength applications, and flocked foam suits presentation surfaces. Share the product weight and transport conditions and we recommend the grade.

Can you supply anti-static (ESD) foam?

Yes. Anti-static grades are available for electronics and electrical components; specify the requirement with your enquiry so it is fixed in the quote.

Which certificates does your manufacturing partner hold?

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Certificate images can be viewed on our certificates page.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Orders are B2B and project based. Minimum quantity depends on the material, thickness and cutting method, and is stated in the quote; we do not sell retail single units.

Do you publish price lists?

No. Pricing depends on material, density, dimensions, cutting method and quantity, so every price is quoted per project against your drawing or dimension list.
