Sample-first process
We produce a sample from your drawing or dimension list. Once you confirm the fit on the actual product, that sample becomes the reference for the serial run — nothing is mass produced against an unapproved geometry.

Quality and certification
For export customers, quality starts with an approved sample and finishes with a batch that has been checked against it — not with a promise on paper.
Certified management systems
Production is carried out in facilities certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety). Certificate images are published on our certificates page.
In-process checks
Density, thickness, cut tolerance, cavity depth and surface finish are checked during converting. Deviating parts are separated before packing, so shipments contain only parts that match the approved reference.
Material conformity
Foam grades are sourced with documented density and specification. When a project needs anti-static, flame-retardant or food-contact-suitable grades, the requirement is fixed in the quote before production starts.
